3、建设必要性:按照园区产业总体规划,盘锦船舶修造产业园重点发展5万吨以下中小型船舶、石化产业、临港工业和物流业、进出口加工贸易等。目前,随着盘锦船舶修造产业园建设速度的不断加快,入驻企业的不断增加,造船企业总体设计规模已经达到100万载重吨,船舶配套、机械加工业已形成产业集聚格局;依托辽河油田、华锦集团及周边石化、塑料原料资源,投资塑料加工、精细化工行业利润丰盈,发展前景广阔。

4、经济效益分析及市场前景预测:对于出租土地的工业地产项目,最长租期为50年,出租价格可洽谈商定;对于出租标准工业厂房的项目,最长租期50年,每平方米出租价格40元左右,可洽谈商定。预计到2010年全区船舶制造能力将达到200万载重吨,产业辐射潜力极强。同时,石油化工行业、作为盘锦市第三城区的城市商住、综合配套服务产业的不断开发建设,工业地产项目的发展空间极为巨大,其增值服务领域也很广阔,经济效益十分客观。

2 Main Contents and Investment Scale: The project for Industrial Estate planned in advance covers area of 800 Mu, (it can be also regulated according to the development program of investors).
